At Alicante Private Transfers we pride ourselves in offering an excellent service at the lowest possible price.
When you book your transfers with us, you can be assured that you have made the best possible choice, BUT if within 24 hours of making your reservation, you find a cheaper offer for the same service on the Internet from a UK registered company just let us know and we will immediately refund the difference.
To claim your refund you just need to e-mail the following information to info@alicanteprivatetransfers.com
- Your name and booking details.
- The website address of the company offering the cheaper price.
- A screenshot of the cheaper offer. The screenshot must show the date and time that the cheaper price was offered, as well as the price itself in the same currency as you used to book your transfer with us.
Note: Our price match promise ONLY applies to transfers to and from Alicante Airport. We do not offer a price match promise on transfers to and from other airports.
