With reference to yesterdays transfer to Calpe Villa - Your driver phoned me on his arrival at the premises, spoke to me in English stating the villa was locked, secure and the clients did not have a key. I sorted it with the owner and everyone was happy.
The ´meet and greet´ and keys were not your drivers responsibility .
I write to inform you that I considered him to be very professional, helpful and a credit to your company. It was a pleasure dealing with someone like that for a change. Just conveying my thanks.

We would like to say a Big Thank You for the excellent service we received from your drivers. On arrival at Alicante we were met by a lovely lady who took us to Benidorm through awful rain and even stood in 4 inches of water to take our cases from the car boot.
On our return this morning a very friendly gentleman was 15 minutes early and made sure we got to the airport in good time. We will recommend your company to family and friends.

Just wanted to show our appreciation for the first class service we received with your firm. We were a large group (13 of us) so it was much more convenient than taking the coastal train or bus. Also one of our party has major allergies and so it was a relief to see that your micro coaches were spotless and dust free.
Overall we thought your prices were extremely reasonable and would recommend you to any first time Alicante visitors who are considering taking public transport as they believe it to be a more cost effective idea. Five stars "Alicante private transfers"!!

Thank you for making the start and end of our holiday so painless. When we arrived at Alicante the driver was waiting with a board with our name on, and carried our cases for us. We didn’t have to spend the last day trying to get through to confirm what time we would be collected , we where told when we booked, and the driver was actually 10 minutes early, and then went out of his way to take our keys back to the agent- First class service, we will definitely use you again, and the apartment agents are going to recommend you to all of his clients.
