Booking terms & conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all passengers booking with Alicante Private Transfers; by placing a booking with us you accept to be bound by these terms. Spanish Law governs these terms and conditions, and as such any dispute between you and Alicante Private Transfers shall be subject to the jurisdiction of a Spanish Court.

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Once payment has been received you will receive a transfer voucher at the e-mail address given on the booking form. The transfer voucher must be presented to the Alicante Private Transfer driver on your arrival.

Amendments and Cancellations

All amendments and cancellations must be sent to bookings@alicanteprivatetransfers.com

Amendments received up to 7 days before arrival	NO CHARGE
Amendments received within 7 days of arrival	30 Euros / 25 GBP per booking
Cancellations
Cancellations received up to 7 days before arrival	30 Euros / 25 GBP per booking
Cancellations received up to 48 hours before arrival	50% of booking
Cancellations received within 48 hours of arrival	100% of booking

Flight Delays

As long as you have given correct and complete flight information on your booking, no extra charge will be levied for flight delays.

Our Vehicles

Smoking, eating or drinking is not permitted in our vehicles.

Alicante Private Transfers and their drivers reserve the right to refuse carriage to any person who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or whose behaviour may pose a threat to the driver, the vehicle, or other passengers.

Insurance

Vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party claims, as required by Spanish law. Whilst every care is taken, customer's luggage and property is carried at their own risk, and no responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage.
